Order Policy

Order processing:


We always strive to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible. To achieve this, we kindly ask you to provide us with a clear address and a valid mobile number so that your shipments can reach you as soon as possible.


The order will be prepared for shipment within a maximum of 72 hours from the time of purchase - this may vary depending on seasons and crises.


Ordering policy:


  • The customer has the right to modify the order within 24 hours, unless the order has been executed (invoicing has been issued).
  • The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours, unless it has been delivered to the shipping company (for any reason), by contacting technical support.


Important note:

The order will be reviewed to ensure the availability of the requested items . If any item is unavailable, the order will be automatically canceled and the payment will be refunded.


Delivery times:

Some shipments may experience delays exceeding 15 days due to circumstances beyond our control, according to shipping companies. We will inform our customers of any expected delays and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.


Shipping policy:

  • The store has the right to change the shipping company chosen by the customer in exceptional circumstances.
  • The delivery time announced to the customer is according to the specified shipping company, with a commitment to deliver within the specified period or before it as much as possible.


Important note:

According to the decision issued by the Transport Authority, providing a national address when shipping has become mandatory.

Please make sure to update your data via the "Subul" platform (Saudi Post) to ensure that you receive your shipments without any delay.

To request a tax invoice:

The allowed time for ordering is **one hour after order completion**

Any invoice request received after one hour is not acceptable - a simplified invoice will be issued.

Please send the following documents:

1- Tax certificate

2- National Address

3- Commercial Register - showing the owner's name

Note: The name of the institution or company must be consistent across all documents. If there is a discrepancy, a simplified invoice will be issued.

Note: No request to issue a tax invoice in the name of the institution will be accepted after the request has been processed (invoice issuance). A simplified invoice will be issued.


Delivery and shipping:

Special Representative

  • Tamir: 10 riyals

Delivery takes 2-3 business days (vary depending on seasons and crises).


For all cities in the Kingdom:

  • Samsa 29 riyals for the first 10 kilos and 2 riyals for each additional kilo.
  • Aramex: 29 riyals for the first 10 kilos and 2 riyals for each additional kilo.
  • Al Yamamah Express: 29 riyals for the first 10 kilos and 2 riyals for each additional kilo.


Delivery takes 3-10 business days (for the following areas: Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Qassim) (vary depending on seasons and crises)

Delivery may take longer than usual for shipments to remote areas.
