Retrieval:
The customer has the right to return the product, provided that it is in its original condition and the outer packaging of the product has not been opened. Customer service must be contacted within 4 days of receiving the shipment, and the customer bears the return fees.
*Note: The basic shipping service fee included in the order invoice is non-refundable.*
- In case of product damage or manufacturing defect, contact the store's customer service (a picture of the damaged product and shipping carton must be attached to show the damage). The customer will be compensated either by replacing the product with another or by refunding the amount to the customer, and Ask Pipes Company will bear all return fees.
Important notes:
If the customer refuses to receive the order from the shipping company that delivered it within the delivery period for any reason, and the order is returned to Ask Pipes Company (the shipping fees will be deducted and the shipment returned) to refund the amount, and if the customer wants the shipment, he must pay the delivery fees again to receive the order, and this policy applies to free shipping.
